Tricolore Crab Salad

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 (1-pound) can crab meat (lump and back fin preferred), drained and picked over
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Ingredients for Tricolore Salad

Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a wok or deep frying pan. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and Old Bay seasoning; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the crab and cook until just heated through, another minute. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice. Place dressed salad on serving plates and top with crab mixture.
