Sweet & Sour Mango Salsa

Cherry tomatoes and mango cubes are dressed in a sweet and sour ketchup-based sauce. For an even sweeter note, use grape tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes.

1 mango (1 pound), cut into 1/4" cubes
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1-1/2 teaspoons ketchup
1-1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

In medium bowl, combine mango, cherry tomatoes, scallions, lime juice, ketchup, honey, and chili powder. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until serving time.
