Spicy Black Bean Dip

While this scrumptious dip is slightly spicy, you’ll want to add more cayenne if you’re a big fan of spicy food.

2 cans (15-1/2 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2-1/2 teaspoons cumin
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons coriander
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until well combined but with some texture remaining. Makes 3 cups
