Dr. G's Berry Ice Dream

For the first year of my own Diet Evolution, this treat got me through many a night!

1/2 to 1 scoop low-carb vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup or more unsweetened vanilla soymilk
1 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries
Pinch of stevia or other no-calorie sweetener (optional)

In a cereal bowl, dissolve the protein powder in the soymilk. Stir in the frozen berries and continue to stir until they freeze the soymilk mixture into "soft ice cream." Add a little more soymilk if the mixture is too thick. This is sweet enough for me as is, but if you want it sweeter, sprinkle a bit of stevia to taste.
