Carrot, Apple & Ginger Shake

2/3 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup peeled apple wedges
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3 ice cubes

1 In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and puree until thick and smooth.
