If you've saved up enough High-GL Points, you can have a small scoop of ice cream with the bananas. This makes a single serving, but just multiply the ingredients if you are cooking for others.
1 medium banana, halved crosswise and then lengthwise
Nonstick cooking spray
1/8 teaspoon allspice, cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute (optional)
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 Place the banana pieces, cut-side down, in a small broilerproof dish. Squeeze the lime over the bananas and then spray with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with allspice and sugar (if using).
3 Broil 6 inches from the heat 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot.
