How It Works:

While well recognized as a culinary spice, turmeric (Curcuma longa), a relative of ginger, also has a long history of use in China and India. Known for its many beneficial properties, turmeric has been traditionally used to alleviate temporary discomfort.*

Alvita Turmeric Tea is made with premium-quality, organic turmeric root, and produces a vibrant golden color and a warm, savory flavor.

Suggested Use:

Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.

We recommend 3 cups daily, preferably after or between meals.
